Claim your profileHello! I’m Chris Essex. I work as the Digital Director for WTHI-TV. We are a CBS, Fox and CW affiliate. What does that mean? I write news, manage a team of reporters and producer on digital and plan strategies to grow our numbers. Along with writing, I have a soft spot for video editing, when I get the chance. I’ve been in the news biz for over 20 years. I've won various awards for my work from the Associated Press, Indiana Broadcaster's Association and the Society of Professional Journalists. I've also edited Emmy winning station wide entries.
