As an experienced digital content producer, I've held an array of roles in this position. In addition to the daily tasks of writer, proofreader, video editor, and social media posting, I have also trained new hires to improve their skills and help them develop an understanding of digital strategy. I was part of the team that executed a social media game plan that built our news station's social media presence to 100,000 followers and that number has now doubled.My background is in journalism and film production. I've worked on projects from conception to completion -- writer, producer, director, photographer, editor. I'm passionate about storytelling and using my experience with Content Management Systems, photo and video editing, and social media strategies to help untold stories reach a larger audience.
