Danae Bucci joined the WCVB News Team in March of 2022. She previously worked at WJCL in Savannah, Ga and is a graduate of Northeastern University’s College of Arts Media and Design where she studied journalism. Danae has been able to transfer her journalism and social media skills to TikTok, where she has amassed 500,000 followers. In addition to her passion for journalism, Danae loves to travel. Growing up a military brat means she had to move every couple of years. This has led her to live all over the world including Japan and Hawaii. She loves the excitement of stepping out of her comfort zone, experiencing new people, adventure and cultures.
