I teach in the Communication Studies Department at Bridgewater State University in Massachusetts, with an emphasis on digital media and the way cyberculture impacts everyday life. Drawing from my experience as a journalist and author, I try to teach my students to "learn how to learn" and stay one step ahead of disruptive innovation, using my own career in newspapers as a case study. I also teach in the expository writing program at Bentley University in Waltham, Mass. Meanwhile, I continue to write. I am currently working on a proposal for a book that will explore how digital media fueled the fake news epidemic surrounding the 2016 election. I am available for ghostwriting projects and my first book, "Blood & Volume: Inside New York's Israeli Mafia" (Barricade, 2007) is still available on Amazon.com (or contact me if you want a signed copy).
