Deborah is an award-winning digital and print editor, with over twenty years experience in publishing. She has spent the last six years editing UK Glamour and directing its hugely successful transition from a print to a digital-first brand. She was recently promoted to European Editorial Director of Glamour, now directing a digital-first focus for Spanish and German Glamours, as well as the U.K. Prior to this, she spent six years working on a broad range of digital projects helping tech start-ups, apps and established brands develop and implement their content, social and influencer strategies. She began her formative career in glossy women's magazines, working for Cosmopolitan, editing the women’s section of the Daily Mail, and working on the the launch of GLAMOUR as Entertainment and Associate Editor. She also edited Conde Nast Brides and Easy Living.She speaks regularly on digital transformation and the challenges facing working mothers.
