Diep Tran is a queen of many hustles. I am a features journalist with a background in reporting and writing about arts and culture, particularly about theater and visual arts. I am also an editor, who can quickly and accurately edit copy, with a history of visualizing and implementing ambitious projects. I also have some HTML experience, having launched AmericanTheatre.org, the official website for “American Theatre” magazine. I am also an experienced public speaker, having delivered keynote speeches at the Mid-America Theater Conference and the American Theatre Critics Association Conference. I have also moderated panels with Disney Theatricals, Syracuse University, and the Kennedy Center. I met Hillary Clinton once because she was scheduled to speak after me. I am a judge for the 2022 Drama Desk Awards and the 2022 Lucille Lortel Awards.
