Claim your profileElizabeth Weise is a national correspondent with USA TODAY, based in San Francisco. She's been covering COVID-19 vaccine development and distribution since February of 2020. Prior to that, she focused on climate change. She began covering technology as a national writer at the Associated Press. Her first reporting job was as a reporter at KUOW, the National Public Radio affiliate in Seattle. Weise graduated from the University of Washington and attended Lund University in Sweden. She was also a John S.
