I'm writing a legal story about alternatives to incarceration. As part of this series, I am focusing on restorative justice and the growing centers around the nation. I am hoping to visit a center to learn more/describe (though i understand the high sensitivity). Would love to hear about the name of the center, when it was established, and where it is (and if I may come visit in April/May).
