Claim your profileI saw the importance of journalism throughout the 2016 election and its aftermath, as journalists from all over the country sought to inform the public about the candidates, the political atmosphere, civic engagement and ultimately ensuring that our elected officials were held accountable. It was at this point in my life that I knew I wanted to pursue a career in journalism.Fast-forward, I have now graduated from Temple University with a B.A. in Journalism and a minor in Political Science, ready to tackle that passion as a reporter on The Philadelphia Inquirer's Politics team. Prior, I interned at Billy Penn at WHYY. At Temple, I fueled my excitement for reporting on politics, education and public health and safety. I immediately got involved in student media at Temple and served as the Editor in Chief of Temple’s independent student-run newspaper, The Temple News, and the Social Media Director for Temple’s chapter of Her Campus Media. In these roles, I continued to hone my skills in Associated Press Style, newsroom leadership, news and breaking news writing, interviewing, designing and collaborating within a newsroom environment. In the future, I hope to continue to report on the country's political landscape. EMAIL:froth@inquirer.comTWITTER:@fallonroth_
