I'm working on a food story for Parade about a classic apple dessert that has been an after-dinner staple in a pastry chef's family for years or generations. I'm looking to speak with a professional pastry chef who has a family connection to a classic apple dessert, such as apple pie, apple crisp, apple tart, apple cake, tarte Tatin or another traditional favorite.
