I'm seeking endocrinologists ONLY--M.D. or D.O.--to share one or more tips they wish women over 50 knew about hormone health. For example, why is it important to maintain bone health while using GLP-1 medications, and what are some ways to support bone? What is a surprising reason women over 50 have trouble sleeping--and how can they fix it? Your tip could be about diet or other lifestyle changes that have a big impact. I'm open to hearing tips for all sorts of hormone-related health issues you treat. But I'm looking specifically for one or more surprising tips where you often thought yourself, "If I had the time, I'd tell most of my patients this one thing that they don't know--but can help them." I'm on a very tight deadline, so I'm hoping for fast responses. This is for a U.S. magazine for women over 50 that's found on newsstands at Target, Walmart, CVS and other major retailers, supermarkets and drugstores. It also has a robust online readership.
