I'm writing a feature about how AI apps such as Chat GPT could be used to very quickly calm down men who feel their anger escalating. AI apps like Chat GPT can offer immediate, powerful and effective techniques to rapidly calm down such as breathing techniques any time of day or night, with no waiting for a counsellor and no judgement or shame about men having such feelings, which can add to the spiralling anger. It could also act like a 'therapist in your pocket' to help men process negative feelings, rather than violently act on them. I'm looking to interview researchers, domestic violence charities, men's behavioural change programs, men themselves - anyone who is exploring using the tech in this way.
