I am an accomplished journalist and editor with a strong background in audience development and strategy. I successfully built The i Paper's newsletter strategy, launching several brand-new subscriber-only newsletters. I also write and curate The i Paper's flagship daily newsletter, The Essential. Reporting wise, my expertise spans everything from breaking news to in-depth features and impactful op-eds, with a particular interest in internet culture, mental health and issues important to BAME communities. My work has been published in BuzzFeed, The Evening Standard, The Guardian, The Independent, Reuters and more. I've implemented successful social strategies for large publications including BuzzFeed and The Evening Standard, analysing data with expert knowledge and working closely with platforms such as Twitter, Facebook and Apple News to deliver content to wider readerships. My combined aptitude for reporting and audience development means I have a unique understanding of how to create content that will resonate with audiences old and new, and makes me an asset to any newsroom.
