I am writing an article about New York State's lack of laws governing dog daycare and lodging facilities. Owners of these companies are not required to undergo any sort of training or licensing. Though there is currently a pending bill which will instate mandatory training, licensing and inspections, I still want to hear from people whose animal was injured or killed at a daycare facility and hear about the owner's experience, the cooperation of the company and so forth.
