As the President and CEO of Collective Action Strategies, LLC, I work on systems change to support women and families to thrive. I also support leaders and entrepreneurs to reach their personal and professional goals with mindfulness, equity and strategic implementation. As a skilled facilitator, strategist and social entrepreneur, I've advocated for women and girls as a non-profit director, lobbyist and policy advisor as well as created the first ever Family Friendly Business Award . I'm the producer and host of The Well Woman Show on NPR, a regular contributor to Forbes and the public affairs panel on New Mexico PBS and a 2018 recipient of the Woman of Influence award.
