Greetings. This is Hank Nuwer, Univ. of Alaska, Fairbanks adjunct prof., Cordova Times columnist, and author. As my scholarly biography on Kurt Vonnegut nears completion, I'm seeking letters or memories of people who interacted with the late author to capture the "true him" I feel the Charles J. Shields "And So It Goes" biography missed for the most part. Like a detective, a biographer may find that is what is irrelevant to you, the source, may just be a missing link in a biography. You may wish to search online for my own in-person interview with Mr. Vonnegut as his novel Galapagos came out. Thank you.
