Claim your profileColorado Buffaloes reporter for DNVR I am the host of the DNVR Buffs Podcast, which has been downloaded in over 40 countries since I launching in July. It is part of the award-winning DNVR Podcast Network. A new, hourlong episode is posted every weekday and the show is entirely self-produced. Past guests include projected 2020 first-round NFL draft pick Laviska Shenault and former U.S. U18 Women’s National Soccer Team captain Taylor Kornieck, who is a projected first-round pick in the 2020 NWSL Draft. The podcast is two-thirds sports talk and one-third humorous monologue inspired by my life as a 22-year-old. A given show may include an interview with a student-athlete about the NCAA’s name, image and likeness policies, as well as a discussion about which Pac-12 city’s women are the kindest when they reject me on Tinder. I also co-host the weekly DNVR Draft Podcast, in which I break down NFL prospects from across college football based on a combination of film analysis and in-person viewing. I have guested on a number of different podcasts both within the DNVR Podcast Network and outside of it. I write beat stories daily at TheDNVR.com. DNVR gives me the freedom to write virtually anything I want and the process is entirely in my hands from initial idea to publication. All that needs to be cleared is the headline. My stories range from short news stories, to columns, to longform features, to Film Rooms breaking down players and schemes. My goal isn’t just to produce high-quality content that draws new members to DNVR, but to be seen as the most accessible member of Denver sports media. No direct message goes unanswered, whether it’s a question about a recruit, my dating life, or if I can be part of a bachelor party. Winner of the 2018 Jim Murray Award, given to the five best student sportswriters in the country annually. 2019 University of Montana graduate, with degrees in journalism and economics.
