I came to to Florida in 2018 to work in the Times' bureaus in Pasco and Hernando counties, and I've also covered Pinellas County government, health equity, crime and policing and more. My work ranges from deadline news coverage and quick-turn accountability stories to investigations and features backed by months of reporting. In the newsroom, I serve on a committee reviewing requests to update or remove old stories, and I've been an intern mentor and helped shape house style guidelines. I'm a passable home cook; a fan of loud guitars, beer and college sports; and the guy who feeds and houses a chaotic tuxedo cat named Mo.
