I’m writing an article on Vrbo damage protection and looking to include dome quotes from short-term rental host who have experience listing on Vrbo. In return for your help, I’ll include a link to your direct booking site or Vrbo listing. I’d be interested in your thoughts on the following. Feel free to answer as many or few as you like. 1) Do you prefer Vrbo Property Damage Protection (PDP) or a refundable damage deposit, and why? 2) If a new host were creating their rental agreement, what advice would you give them? 3) Is there anything Vrbo’s damage protection doesn’t cover that hosts should be aware of? 4) What do you do to prevent property damage before it occurs? 4) What is your main red flag you look for when screening guests? Thanks in advance
