What is the state of AI in hiring? Should applicants use AI to game their application materials? I'm looking to talk to hiring managers, HR professionals, and representatives of companies that sell AI tools specifically for job applicants. Organizations are using applicant tracking systems and other AI tools, so why shouldn't candidates use LLMs and tools like Jobscan to optimize their resume and cover letters to the job description and company/organization profile?
