About

I own and publish two alternative newspapers, the Coachella Valley Independent and Reno News & Review. Quality local journalism is my passion. I have more than 25 years of journalism experience, including time at a big wire service, a tiny daily, and a bunch of alt publications. Active in both LION and AAN. Dodgers fan and (terrible) softball player.
