Citrus House was founded by Jordan Ellis after one too many disappointing cocktail garnishes. As a home bartender and hospitality professional in Florida, Jordan watched fresh citrus wilt, brown, and end up in the trash — night after night, event after event. The idea was simple: take the incredible citrus growing in Florida’s backyard and preserve it properly — slow-dried at low temperature to lock in the color, the aroma, and the essential oils that make a garnish worth using. No sulfur, no preservatives, no shortcuts. Just fruit, dried the right way. What started as a side project in a home kitchen became a real business when local bartenders started asking for more. Today, Citrus House operates out of a licensed commercial kitchen in Ellenton, Florida, producing premium dehydrated and dried citrus garnishes for home bartenders, bars, restaurants, and retailers across the United States.
