Claim your profileI am a news anchor, on-air reporter, and producer at KVAL, NBC16 & Fox34, where I deliver timely and accurate news stories to viewers across Western Oregon. I cover a range of topics, from local events and community issues to national and international affairs, with a special interest in politics and foreign policy. I have a Master of Arts in Specialized Journalism from the University of Southern California, Annenberg School of Journalism. As a student, I was the political news anchor and producer for the student-led newscast Annenberg TV News, where my work was nominated for an LA Press Award. At Annenberg, I traveled to Washington, D.C., and Virginia to cover politics on the Hill, interviewing former House Speaker Kevin McCarthy and writing about several crucial congressional races with Annenberg Media. I also traveled to Manhattan to cover New York Fashion Week. I am always eager to explore new perspectives, challenges, and opportunities in the media industry. I value integrity, accuracy, and diversity in my work and strive to inform, educate, and inspire the public.
