Hi, I'm What's On and Lifestyle Editor for Wales Online. I oversee the content which gives the reader an alternative to the hard news agenda and covers topics like food & drink, shopping and affiliate content as well as specialising in all thing Welsh and television, film, entertainment, music, and celebrity. My position overseeing the team, sourcing ideas, editing copy and managing the small team of writers, comes after more than a decade writing stories and content for the site on the same subjects. The decade before that I was a news reporter. In a previous live I've also had a niche in writing features about real Welsh life & communities and in 2020 I was joint winner of the Reporting Communities Award at the Regional Press Awards. I miss writing features - but that's the way the cookie crumbles!
