I anchor the #1 morning newscasts in Hampton Roads: WAVY News 10 Today & WAVY News 10 on FOX43. From 4:30 A.M. - 9:00 A.M., Monday through Friday, I energetically make sure our viewers have the most up to date information on their news headlines before they head out the door. In my years at WAVY, I've been a member of Emmy Award winning newscasts, and I have received numerous awards for my contributions to the community. I believe it is imperative to give back to the community in which I live.I am a motivational speaker who has spoken to groups (large and small) about overcoming obstacles, empowering women, career & life happiness, and freeing yourself from constant planning — add a little flexibility and humor to your life. Looks like you need me to come and speak to your group!Specialties: I anchor, fill-in as co-host on The Hampton Roads Show, report, produce, and write stories for our daily newscasts and for the web. I can also shoot and edit. I've done a lot of work on Avid. I've produced through both ENPS and iNews. I blog regularly for the station and I also keep in touch with viewers via my WAVY Facebook page, X, & Instagram accounts.
