Claim your profileI am currently the digital explainer editor at Radio New Zealand, producing content on air and online that helps people make better sense of the information-saturated world we live in. I am also a part-time tutor at Massey University's School of Communication, Journalism and Marketing. Previously, I worked at the country’s biggest news website, Stuff, where I led its fact-checking project, The Whole Truth. The project was named Best Editorial Campaign at the 2023 Voyager Media Awards and won gold at the 2022 Asian Digital Media Awards. Before that, my work focused on digital threats to democracy, understanding online life, social media, and privacy. I have also reported extensively on the mental health system, child abuse, and homicide in New Zealand. With a colleague I created Stuff's first episodic podcast, Superfad.
