About

I am a storyteller at heart, although I’ve worn many hats in the last 20 years to tell stories. My focus now is in audio storytelling and my skills include scriptwriting, research and audio editing. I am passionate about using my curiosity of the world around me and bringing it to the ears of audiences in an engaging and meaningful form. I am an excellent communicator and pride myself on honest engagement with clients and talent. I’ve worked at Screen Australia as a Researcher, analysing industry trends and statistics and report writing, but more interestingly, deep diving into research requests from members of the film industry. I undertook a Masters of Film and Television at the Victorian College of the Arts. During this time I developed my skills in screenwriting, producing, directing, cinematography, sound design and editing. Several of the short films I made during this time were screened internationally and won awards at festivals. I went on to freelance as a producer, researcher and screenwriter. I have now pivoted to audio storytelling, undertaking a Diploma and then an Advanced Diploma of Screen and Media at Ultimo Tafe. I have trained in audio scriptwriting, producing for radio and podcasts, interviewing, audio production and post production, including editing with Adobe Audition.
