First-generation college student who graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor's degree in Journalism with a minor in Electronic Media and Broadcasting with a focus on Pop Culture from Northern Kentucky University in 2021. Before graduating, I worked as a Digital Content Producer at WLWT in Cincinnati for nine months before transitioning to an Alert Curator role. However, in 2022, I decided to uproot and move to Tampa, Florida, where I've been working for almost two years as a Digital Content Producer at WFLA News Channel 8, covering all things breaking news, Tampa Bay Buccaneers, local sports, and concert reviews. During my time as a DCP in Tampa, I decided to further my education and have been taking courses to obtain my Master's in Digital Strategy and Marketing from the University of Florida online. Throughout my four years of experience, I have excelled in SEO, communication, writing, editing, photo and video editing, as well as helping find strong stories that I know will perform well with our audience. I'm eager to find new details and unique stories that other outlets have yet to pick up.
