We are seeking brands, product companies, and service providers to contribute 100 physical items for curated gift bags at a live, in-person animation industry event in Los Angeles (Burbank area). The event, Animated U Symposium (April 25–26, 2026), brings together professional creators, writers, producers, designers, and animation executives working across major studios and franchises. Our attendees include: • Animation professionals • Working creatives in entertainment • Emerging creators building careers in animation, gaming, and storytelling • Industry-connected entrepreneurs and artists We are specifically looking for: • Creative tools (software trials, sketchbooks, tablets, accessories) • Artist supplies (pens, markers, notebooks, creative kits) • Productivity or wellness products for creators • Entertainment, media, or pop culture-aligned products • High-quality branded merchandise (relevant to creatives) • Digital + physical hybrid offers (QR-based experiences welcome) Requirements: • Ability to provide 100 units (or discuss partial sponsorships) • Must be aligned with creatives, storytelling, animation, or productivity • Must be high-quality and relevant to a professional audience What partners receive: • Brand exposure to a highly targeted creative and entertainment audience • Inclusion in official event gift bags • Social media promotion leading up to the event • Potential on-site visibility and acknowledgment Bonus consideration for: • LA-based brands • Creator-focused companies • Unique, memorable, or interactive items We are not looking for: • Generic promotional flyers without value • Irrelevant products unrelated to creators or storytelling • Low-quality or mass promotional items If interested, please include: • Product description • Retail value • Website and social links • Ability to fulfill quantity (100 units or partial) • Any previous event partnerships (if applicable) This is a curated experience — we are prioritizing brands that genuinely add value to creators.
