Claim your profileAfter working successfully for many years in a number of multi-disciplinary roles in advertising and news media, I retrained as a journalist in 2019 and started a new position as a general reporter at the Liverpool Echo in March 2020. My role covered live breaking news reporting and producing written and video content. I also published articles that covered local and national news, trends, features, and longer reads. In November 2021 I changed roles to become a nostalgia writer - pitching, researching, and writing history and nostalgia content for Reach Plc covering the North of England and North Wales. During my career as a journalist/writer with Reach Plc, my stories have been published by large regional news publishers including Liverpool Echo, Manchester Evening News, Lancs Live, and the Daily Post with numerous articles being picked up by Daily Mirror, Sunday Mirror, Daily Express, Daily Star, and MSN. In November 2022, I passed Reach PLC's in-house equivalent of the NQJ (National Qualification in Journalism) becoming a senior journalist. I have since stepped into fulfilling a content editing role during a period of manager absence. https://leegrimsditch.wixsite.com/lee-grimsditch-digit
