I’m an experienced meteorologist with the natural mind of a journalist. After six years working in news, I’ve learned how to merge the two in order to create relatable and informative content. As a first generation college graduate I’ve earned a degree in both Journalism and Meteorology. My ability to communicate to others has always come naturally and now as a meteorologist I love being able to explain science in an easy way. I’m most fulfilled knowing that I’m capable of taking on a heavy load and presenting information in an effective way. While it’s important for me to be self motivated to continue to learn and grow, I also feel equally responsible to be a team player in a news room. From severe weather coverage to a lifestyle dog walking forecast, I enjoying doing it all even with a 1am alarm clock. Looking forward to connecting with you!
