I'm a contributor working on a feature for WIRED Middle East exploring AI's growing water footprint and what the rapid expansion of AI infrastructure could mean for the Gulf, a region already defined by extreme heat, desalination, and water scarcity. I'm particularly looking to speak with experts whose work sits at the intersection of AI, climate change, and the Gulf, including researchers studying how AI infrastructure, data centers, and cooling technologies may affect the region's environmental future.
