I am driven and motivated to find content, turn stories and lead by example. My goal is to improve the communities I serve as its cheerleader and advocate. That includes my newsroom community. I always strive to support and improve newsroom culture. I believe in creativity, positivity, motivation and innovation. Need me to jump in on something that's not typically my role? Put me in. I thrive in breaking news situations, and will be the first to volunteer to report or field anchor. I love being on a team, operating in a fast-paced environment and meeting deadlines under pressure.
