Claim your profileI began my career in traditional retail, but my journey took a pivotal turn in 1997 when I discovered the internet and moved to major advertising agencies, committing to a digital path.I launched my own digital marketing company and navigated until the 2001 bubble burst. Subsequently, I developed the entire e-commerce platform for Shoptime, overseeing everything from product design to CRM—an experience akin to a direct marketing MBA. This led me to Americanas / B2W.Back to advertising in 2007, serving as Commercial Director at iG for six years, where I honed my creativity in content production, planning, and ad tech management. After that, I led IAB Brasil, establishing connections with Europe and the U.S. to import best practices in digital marketing. In 2014, Facebook invited me to manage the Brazilian retail and e-commerce vertical, where I spearheaded innovative projects focused on transitioning from traditional offline to online retail.For the past five years, I've served as CEO in digital agencies within the Publicis and IPG groups, driving new business models that blend content, technology, and data to achieve relevance and differentiation.Throughout my career, I've crafted business plans across various sectors: e-commerce, technology, data, product development, advertising, and content. My approach merges strategic vision and aggressive sales, always results-oriented.I've built diverse sales teams, implementing a management model that balances passionate work with clear objectives and well-defined routines.I’m proud of my journey so far and excited for what’s next driving Fast Company Brazil.
