Over the last 30 years, I have worked for corporations like Microsoft and Siemens, managing internal communications, driving sales campaigns, delivering creative marketing concepts and delivering brand transformation. I've built and managed sales communities and designed and executed successful global campaigns. As an Executive Communications Manager, I transformed brands and executives and drove award winning internal communications programs. As a seller, I managed teams of customer service representatives, led sales organizations and sold technology product and services solutions. My expertise is a unique fusion of sales, marketing and operations. A passion for getting results that are effective and drive competitive advantage motivates me. I have a passion for words and the power of creative communication to transform brands and business. I believe in people – in authentic community connected by values not conformity or forced association. I desire to be a courageous, creative and intelligent marketer. For years, I owned a retail and online business called Passion for India. As writer, I have published two books and many newspaper and magazine articles. Today, I write for Huff/Post50 and CNN. As a woman I have raised two sons and traveled the world. I have managed events, created dynamic websites, written successful blogs, built culture-changing communities, transformed brands, and developed effective executive communication plans in complex business landscapes My life is a process of continuous learning.
