Claim your profileI have worked as a journalist for 25 years, writing extensively for national & local newspapers, magazines and for the internet, as well as writing a book called Shelfie and contributing to an anthology of letters published by Penguin and the charity Mind. I have been a regular contributor to the national Press, including the Mail on Sunday's YOU supplement and Psychologies magazine. I have news and features experience and have written mainly - but not exclusively - about health and wellbeing, especially psychology and mental health.
