Claim your profileI have worked as a journalist for 25 years, writing extensively for national & local newspapers, magazines and for the internet, as well as writing a book called Shelfie and contributing to an anthology of letters published by Penguin and the charity Mind. I have been a regular contributor to the national Press, including the Mail on Sunday's YOU supplement and Psychologies magazine. I have news and features experience and have written mainly - but not exclusively - about health and wellbeing, especially psychology and mental health. I also have Instagram feed @the_colour_file and www.thecolourfile.com which is a celebration of the world of colour. * Shortlisted for The Colour File blog in the prestigious Amara Interior Blog Awards in 2017 and 2018 in the Best Colour Inspiration category, past winner of the Medical Journalists' Association Health Writer of the Year (Internet) award.
