Boxing News, a British publication, four times beat stiff competition to be recognised as the leading news outlet by the Boxing Writers Association of America.Managed the implementation of online paid-for content while increasing the worldwide digital reach of Boxing News to in excess of 5m.Successfully navigated a tricky lockdown that saw paid-for subscriptions increase and brand loyalty grow.During my time as online editor, Boxing News increased its traffic by 400 per cent thanks to extensive monitoring of trends and audience habits through analytics, substantial social media growth and SEO techniques. Developed the merchandise arm of the brand while working closely with sponsors to bring new revenue streams to the brand. Featured on Sky Sports, Sky News, BT Sport, HBO, Showtime, BBC, Al Jazeera, Channel 5 and TalkSPORT as a boxing analyst. Before joining Boxing News, I produced KOTV, a weekly terrestrial TV show, for Channel 4 (2006-2009).First Class Bachelor of Arts degree focused in Broadcast Journalism from BCU (2005). In 2015, I was named as one of BCU’s alumni of the year.
