For CIOs: -When your organisation evaluates or onboards an AI vendor for a workforce function (recruiting, payroll, learning, performance), how closely do you work with the CHRO on that decision, & what does that process look like? -Your board & CEO are asking for measurable AI outcomes, not just pilots. What's the hardest part about delivering that, & where does the CHRO's domain (skills, adoption, culture) come into the picture? -What's the biggest data challenge you face when trying to build a unified view of your workforce across hiring, performance, learning &retention systems? -As AI systems start acting on employee data (screening, scheduling, flagging attrition), how are you thinking about governance, explainability, & bias? And is the CHRO part of those conversations today? -How do you think about AI readiness in the context of your workforce systems, not just your enterprise tech stack? Where are the gaps? For CHROs: -When it comes to decisions around AI tools, platforms, or vendors that will affect your people, how much do you rely on the CIO's expertise & where do you feel the need for deeper partnership? -Across the employee lifecycle, from hiring to development to exit, which stage do you feel is most broken from a technology standpoint, & what would fixing it actually require? -How are you thinking about building AI literacy & readiness within your HR teams? Is the CIO involved in that effort, & should they be? For both CIOs & CHROs: -Describe a recent technology decision that affected both your functions. How was it made? Looking back, would you do it differently? -If you could redesign one thing about how the CIO-CHRO work together in your organisation, what would it be & why? -What's are the workforce outcome/s (hiring speed, retention, employee satisfaction, skills readiness, payroll accuracy) that you believe should be jointly owned by both CIO-CHRO? Share your reason behind it. -What's the biggest misconception CIOs have about the people function, and what's the biggest misconception CHROs have about technology? How do those gaps show up in how you work together? -If your organisation had to prove the ROI of its AI investments in workforce and people functions within six months, what would you measure together? All relevant responses from CIOs and CHROs will be included in the TL promoted across the social & PeopleStrong website. Please share URLs & email IDs and headshots in Google Drive that can be used in quotes.
