This B2B publication delves into all aspects of the dynamic plant-based F&B market, offering business updates and insights for professionals working within the industry and reporting on the latest innovations shaping the future of vegan food. In addition to our regular news updates, we share opinion and thought leadership pieces from key industry figures as well as exclusive Q&A interviews, in-depth features and podcasts. I am also deputy editor of FoodBev Media's flagship publication, FoodBev, dedicated to the dissemination of food and beverage industry news and insights from around the world. As part of this role, I support FoodBev's editor in writing, editing and proofreading content for the monthly FoodBev magazine. Additionally, I assist with daily news writing for its online platform, foodbev.com.
