An expert at crafting memorable experiences and creating lasting impressions, I believe food nourishes the body, mind, and our human connection. My passion is to bring ideas to life, whether it be a recipe, event, or project. My approach is thoughtful, inclusive and focused on possibilities, not limitations. My favorite challenge in culinary school was the often dreaded "mystery basket." I have experience in all aspects of food production, staff training, cost control, on and off site catering, event planning, and project management, as well as customer service and sales. As a creative problem-solver, I understand the key to streamlining processes and managing multiple entities rests on my ability to analyze the bigger picture, identify inefficiencies, and implement procedures to produce positive outcomes. What I bring to the table in addition to creativity and insight, is a talent to envision possibilities and the courage to try unconventional ideas. I am interested in exploring opportunities in workplace experience, program and event management, and culinary education and development.
