Claim your profileI am a journalist based in Srinagar, Jammu and Kashmir, with over 15 years of experience across both print and digital media. I currently hold the position of Multimedia Lead at Kashmir Observer.My career began with covering human interest and political stories from the conflict-affected region of Kashmir. Over time, my journalistic focus broadened to include health, art, culture, the environment, and startups. After accumulating extensive experience in print journalism, I transitioned into roles as a media consultant and strategist for various organisations. At present, my primary area of focus is reporting on a diverse range of socio-political issues within the Kashmir region.In addition to my journalistic work, I am also a freelance photographer and filmmaker. I have directed two films: Rabab: A Journey of Soulful Strings and Kashmir's Sinking Boat.
