Claim your profileAs a Big Tech reporter at The Bureau of Investigative Journalism (TBIJ), I investigate powerful technology companies. I have published stories on TikTok's overworked and traumatised content moderators, the dating app workers struggling to keep platforms safe, Amazon’s sprawling surveillance systems, organised crime gangs using crypto scams, and the "catfish factory" where operators scam clients on fake dating sites. Before joining TBIJ, I was a data journalist at the Guardian for four years, where I produced data-driven news stories and investigations on home news topics, contributing to 17 front page stories in this time.
