I designed the first commercial radio station website in the UK, well before the BBC and others joined the web. These days, I work part-time as a digital nomad. Wherever there is internet access - I can work. I love travel and cruise ships, always looking for the next trip. In 2025, I visited South America for the first time, travelling 900 miles up the Amazon. That just leaves Antarctica to complete the set.Other interests include ham radio where I hold the call G4KIU and have taken part in various expeditions to unusual places on the planet, including the Comoros Islands (D68C), Rodrigues Island (3B9C), American Samoa and Off Island (K8O / K8T) and my favourite place, the Cook Islands as E51SC.Oh, and yes, I did have some real jobs on the way and ran several of my own business, but I retired . . . or did I?
