While receiving my diploma in high school, I also earned my Associates of the Arts degree in Liberal Arts from Bard College. I am a proud HBCU graduate of The Lincoln University of Pennsylvania where I earned a degree in Mass Communications and a degree in English.I received my M.A. in Journalism from The Craig Newmark Graduate School of Journalism at CUNY. There, I focused on health & science reporting and specialized in data. I’ve interned at The New York Daily News, Livestrong.com and The Wall Street Journal. Currently, I am a health and wellness reporter, working with the Life team at CNBC Make It.
