Author and R&D Consultant
Montvale, NJ, USA
As a former IRS R&D Engineer and Software Engineer, I write about the US R&D Tax Incentive. I hold a degrees in Biology/Electrical Engineering and an MBA from Rutgers Business School. At the IRS, I audited the largest software, insurance, pharma, and banking R&D cases in the US. Now retired, I have had articles published in TaxNotes, Accounting Today, R&D World, and others. I hold an IRS Enrolled Agent status and am licensed to practice in front of the IRS. I write about the intersection of technology and tax policy. As a former VP at a midsize PR firm, I understand how to write non-technically about technical issues from a financial perspective.
