If it has to do with innovation within the global capital markets or IT, Rob has been researching, writing and commenting on it for consumer and trade publications since 1995. He has reported on every aspect of electronic trading automation- from trade conception to clearing and settlement- for the cash equities, listed and over-the-counter (OTC) derivatives, credit and foreign exchange markets. Rob has covered everything from network interface cards to cloud computing and trading front ends to exchange matching engines and data feeds as well as the nuance of the latest regulatory changes affecting the markets. Although he cut his teeth on a semimonthly print publication, Rob has worked on dailies, weeklies and monthlies in print and online, including webcasts and podcasts.
