I have extensive experience of union organising and campaigning, particularly in the public sector. I also have years of work on race equality issues and in particular for building black self-organised structures within the labour and trade union movement. I have appeared extensively on radio and tv to put forward the case for working people and trade unions.. I am also a pioneer for the use of new social media for trade union organising and campaigning.
