Claim your profileI am a social media manager/producer with over 5 years of experience managing sports brands. I am currently a social media producer at The 33rd Team where I manage all the social media for the St. Brown Podcast, a weekly podcast hosted by Amon-Ra St. Brown and Equanimeous St. Brown. In my previous role at 247Sports, I increased our TikTok following by nearly 600,000 in less than two years. In that same time span, I played a key role in doubling our Instagram following (400,000 to over 800,000). I did this primarily through short form video content (TikToks, reels, shorts). I also managed our Twitter account where I mostly provided live coverage and breaking news of college football. Before 247Sports, I helped manage a sports betting brand owned by Spotlight Sports Group called Pickswise. There, I was part of a team that grew the Twitter following from 80,000 to over 200,000 in less than a year. Twitter was a big focus for our team because of our affiliate marketing partnership with sportsbooks as well as driving users to our website to view our picks and analysis. I also launched our TikTok and produced multiple short form videos that broke 1 million views and plenty more that hit the 100,000 view mark. I graduated with a degree in broadcast journalism from Western Kentucky University and spent the first three years of my professional career in local news. I initially moved to West Virginia to cover local sports for NCWV Media's family of newspapers. I then worked in TV news as a digital producer before making social media and content creation the focus of my career. During my time at WKU, I walked on the Cross Country and Track team before giving it up to allocate all my time and energy into my sports media career. I worked at the student newspaper where I covered just about every sport and was also involved in the school's TV Station. I also got my first taste of social media by being part of the Barstool Sports Viceroy program where I was part of a team that helped @BarstoolWestern establish itself as one of the biggest Barstool college accounts among G5/mid-major schools. I have a very diverse background in sports media. When you combine that with my social media and content creation skills, you get a qualified candidate to manage your brand on social media.
