Looking to speak with people who have been directly or indirectly involved in a web accessibility lawsuit through their work. We are looking to interview people across the following roles: Website managers and digital marketing managers who had to respond to or manage the fallout of an accessibility claim IT managers and developers who were brought in to assess or fix the issue In-house legal and compliance teams who handled or advised on the case Risk and procurement managers who dealt with the vendor or agency responsible Agency owners and project managers whose client received an accessibility complaint or lawsuit All company names and personal details will be kept fully anonymous. We are looking for honest, first-hand perspectives on what happened, the consequences, and what changed as a result. If this sounds like you or someone you know, we'd love to hear from you.
