About

As an Energy and Environment Reporter at Mountain State Spotlight, I cover the intersection of climate change, energy policy, and environmental justice in West Virginia. I have a BA in Journalism and Public Policy from the University of Maryland, where I honed my skills in investigative reporting, policy analysis, and multimedia storytelling. I have also been an active member and leader of the Society of Professional Journalists, organizing events and workshops for student journalists. I am passionate about informing the public, holding the powerful accountable, and amplifying the voices of the marginalized and underrepresented.
